Kingsley Pharmacy is family owned and operated since April 1982 and provides a personnal hometown approach in meeting our customers' needs. We provide pharmacy and durable medical equipment services to retail customers as well as assisted living facilties.
We also provide pharmacy compouding services. This gives us the ability to provide custom made medications to better help our customers meet their health needs.
We also provide consultation services for both men and women for hormone replacement therapy.
We accept Medicare, Medicaid, Blue Cross and most commercial insurance carrier's prescription plans. We also accept most auto insurance and workman's compensation plans.
